摘要 采用SEM、X-ray和OM等方法,对10Cr9 Mo1VNbN钢600、3000、7000 h时效的微观组织及力学性能进行研究.结果表明,10Cr9 Mo1VNbN钢1040℃正火+780℃回火后为铁素体基体+碳化物,晶界碳化物析出量较多.经过(590±3)℃时效处理后的碳化物的大小、形态和分布基本保持不变;X-ray衍射还发现,析出相主要为M23C6和MC(NbC和VC)型碳化物,且热稳定性好,其力学性能的总体变化不大(变化在8%之内). The effects of aging treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of steel 10CrgMolVNbN were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and opti- cal microscopy for its aging after 600, 3 000, and 7 000 h. The results showed that the aged steel was composed of matrix ferrite and carbide after heat-treatment with 1 040 ℃normalizing+780 ℃tempering, and many carbides precipitated near grain-boundary. After aging treatment at (590+3) ℃, the size, shape and distribution of the carbide remained basically the same. In addition, the analysis with XRD showed that the precipitations were mainly M23C6 and MC(NbC and VC), which had good thermostability. Therefore, its mechanical properties changed slightly in general (within a range of 8%).
