摘要
采用机械合金化方法,用行星式高能球磨机对Ti-Mg混合粉末进行机械合金化过程研究,用X射线衍射分析球磨的合金粉末结构,并用扫描电子显微镜分析样品的形貌和粒度.XRD分析结果表明,机械合金化可使Ti和Mg产生固溶体,且经过48 h球磨的Ti-Mg合金中未发现Mg的衍射峰,Mg溶入到Ti中,加宽和分散了Ti衍射峰,从扫描电镜的结果知道粉末颗粒很细,但聚集成团.
The process of mechanical alloying of Ti-Mg alloy was lnvestlgated Dy using mechanical alloying method and a high-energy planet ball-milling of Ti and Mg. The structure and morphology of milled powder mixtures of Ti and Mg were analyzed with X-ray diffraction and SEM, respectively. The results showed that the Ti-Mg solid solution could be generated thereby. X-ray observation showed that there was no diffraction peak of Mg in the Ti-Mg alloy after ball-milling for 48 h. Mg dissolved first in the grain boundaries of the Ti, and then the XRD peaks of Ti was broadened. It was found by observing the morphology of the alloy with scanning electronic microscope that the particles of powder were very fine and in the form of aggregation.
