野生型和栽培型土三七总酚酸的含量比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较张家口产野生型和人工栽培型土三七药材中总酚酸的含量,并分析两者是否有显著性差异。方法:采用分光光度法,以没食子酸为对照品,以0.6%FeCl3-0.9%K2[Fe(CN)6](1:0.9)混合溶液为显色剂,在720nm波长处进行测定。结果:总酚酸分析的线性范围为0.228μg·mL^-1-1.14μg·mL^-1(r=0.9993),平均回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.9%(n=6)。野生型土三七中总酚酸含量为78.3mg·g^-1,RSD为5.5%(n=5)。人工栽培型土三七中总酚酸含量为82.4mg·g^-1,RSD为2.5%(n=5)。结论:野生型土三七和人工栽培型土三七中总酚酸含量无显著性差异。 Objective: To analyze the content of total phenolic acid in wild and planted type Sedum Aizoon L. which were collected from Zhangjiakou. Methods:Total phenolic acid was analyzed by spectrophotometry at 720nm. The colour-developing agent was the mixture solution of 0. 60% FeCl2- 0. 9% K3 [Fe(CN)6 ] (1:0. 9). Results: Calibration curve was constructed in the range of 0. 228μg · mL^-1-1.14 μg · mL^-1 (r= 0. 9993)for total phenolic acid. The average recovery was 96.6% for total phenolic acid and the RSD of the methods was 1.9% (n=6). The average contents were 78. 3mg · g^-1 for wild type(n=5)and 82. 4mg · g^-1 for planted type(n=5). The RSDs of the two methods were 5.5% and 2. 5% respectively. Conclusion: Dealt with statistics, the determination of total phenolic acid had no significant difference between wild type and planted type Sedum Aizoon L.
