摘要
原发性中晚期肝脏恶性肿瘤166例施行了剖腹探查,45例施行肝叶切除,36例分别进行肝动脉结扎、栓塞、插管化疗和肿瘤局部治疗等综合措施,取得了一定的疗效。
Hepatoma is the most common malignant tumor of the liver. In this article, 166 cases of primary malignant liver neoptasas in middle and later stage were collected from November 1978 to November 1988. They included hepatoma the rare leiomyosarcoma, lymphosarcoma, heptoblastoma, carcinoid and squamous cancinoma in liver. Exploratory laparotomy was performed in all cases and hepatectomy in 45 cases. Thirty- six cases were treated by ltgature, embolism and canula chemotherapy in hepatic artery, and portal venous system.
