摘要
目的:观察大承气汤对正常大鼠和里实热证模型大鼠胃肠肽类激素的分泌。方法:分别给大鼠灌服大承气汤水提液和生理盐水1h后处死动物,取胃窦和空肠组织,放免分析法测定胃动素(MTL)和血管活性肽(VIP)的含量变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型大鼠胃肠组织中MTL,VIP均升高,其中以VIP升高幅度较大。灌服大承气汤后两组大鼠胃肠组织中的MTL含量明显升高,VIP含量明显降低。结论:里实热证大鼠胃肠组织中MTL,VIP含量改变可能与其胃肠运动减弱有关,大承气汤能调节正常大鼠和里实热证模型大鼠胃肠激素的分泌,与其促进胃肠运动有一定关系。
Objective:to oberve the effect of Large Chengqi Decoetion to rats gastrointestinal peptide externalization. Metthod: the rats were put to death after drenching with Large Chengqi Decoction and physiological saline. The motilin and vasoactive peptide were detected in radio immunoassay at sinus ventriculi and jejunal. Result: the motilin and vasoactive peptide were rised in the model group. The motilin was rised and the vasoactive peptide was degraded after treatment with Large Chengqi Decoction, Conclusion: the change of motilin and vasoactive pep-tide could relate gastrointestinal asynersis in the excess syndrome of interior-heat rats, Large Chengqi Decoction has the function to regulate the gut hormone externalization in normal and excess syndrome of interior-heat model rats.
