摘要
目的:观察复方野葛根胶囊对血流变学的影响及抗氧化作用。方法:采用大鼠急性血瘀证模型,检测血液学指标;用高脂血症模型,检查血脂水平;给正常小鼠用药,测定血清中SOD活性及MDA含量;用四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型,检测血糖值;采用小鼠游泳及常压耐缺氧实验,观察抗疲劳和缺氧耐力作用。结果:复方野葛根胶囊能降低急性"血瘀"证大鼠全血粘度和血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、全血还原粘度等指标;明显降低糖尿病小鼠血糖和高血脂症小鼠血脂水平;提高正常小鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量;延长小鼠游泳时间和耐缺氧时间。结论:复方野葛根胶囊具有明显的改善血液学指标、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗疲劳和耐缺氧等药理作用。
Objective: to observe the antioxidation and blood rheology of complex kuclzuvine root capsules. Method: the rat acute blood stasis model was used in study and blood rheology index was detected. Hyperlipemia model was used and blood sugar was detected. SOD and MDA were detected in normal mouse after using drugs. The pyrimidine diabetes model was used and blood sugar was detected. Anti-fatigue and hypoxia staying power were observed by mouse swimming model and normal pressure bearing hypoxia experiment. Result: the complex kuclzuvine root capsules had the function to lower Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, Erythrocyte aggregation index and whole blood reduced viscosity of acute blood stasis rats, lower blood sugar and blood fat of diabetes mouse, raise SOD activity of normal mouse serum, lower MDA contents, lengthen mouse swimming time and bearing hypoxia time. Conclusion: the complex kudzuvine root capsules have the function to improve hematology index, lower blood sugar, lower blood fat, antioxygen, resist fatigue and bear hypoxia.
