妇科调经片中阿魏酸的含量测定

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Fuketiaojing Tablet

目的:建立妇科调经片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用大连依利特Betasil C18色谱柱(4.6×200mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70)为流动相;流速1.0ml/min,检测波长320nm,对当归和川芎中阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果:平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=0.88%。结论:该法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为妇科调经片的质量控制方法。

Object： To determine the content of ferulic acid in Fuketiaojing Tablet. Methods： The content of ferulic acid of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuangxiong was determined by HPLC, and Using Betasil C18 column（4.6×200mm,5μm） , the mobile phase was a mixture of Methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution （30：70）, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the wavelength was 320nm. Result： The average recovery was 98.2 %, RSD=0.88%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and can be used to control the effective parts quality.
