摘要
目的:采用植物组织培养技术方法进行快速繁殖,为桔梗的人工栽培及优良品种选育奠定基础。方法:以桔梗的茎、叶为外植体,通过组织培养方法诱导丛生芽。结果:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L能较好地诱导桔梗茎段、叶片产生丛生芽,诱导率分别达100%,83.3%。结论:以桔梗茎段诱导丛生芽效果最好,诱导率高达100%。
Objective: Adopt plant tissue culture technology to carry out JieGeng's intermediate propagation and provide foundation for JieGeng's manmade cultivation and good species selection. Method: Use JieGeng's stem and leaf as explant, through the technology of tissue culture to induce JieGeng's clustered shoots. Result: The medium of MS+6 - BA 1.0mg/L + NAA 0.5mg/L could induce JieGeng',s stem and leaf blade to produce clustered shoots well, and the inductivity was 100%, 83.3% respectively. Conclusion: JieGeng's stem inducing clustered shoots could get the best result, and the inductivity reached 100%.
