中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水临床研究

The Clinical Research of Cirrhosis Abdominal Dropsy Treated with Conbined Chinese Medicine and Medicine

目的:观察利水疏肝化瘀方治疗肝硬化腹水疗效。方法:将56例肝硬化腹水病人随机分为两组,均予西药治疗,治疗组加用丹参注射液及利水疏肝化瘀方治疗。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组。结论:利水疏肝化瘀方对腹水消退及改善肝功能有利。

Objective： to observe the effect of the prescreption for inducing diuresis and disperse the depressed liver and removing stasis on cirrhosis abdominal dropsy. Method： 56 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups treated with medicine but treatment group plus danshen root injection and the prescreption for inducing diuresis and disperse the depressed liver and removing stasis. Result： the effective power was higher in treatment than control. Conclusion： the prescreption for inducing diuresis and disperse the depressed liver and removing stasis was advantageous to abdominal dropsy extinction and improvement the liver function.
