The Effect of Removing Ecchymoses Decoction on Pedo-Anaphy Lactoid Purpura Nephritis Treated

目的:观察消斑汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的疗效。方法:将小儿HSPN患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予消斑汤,对照组用西药治疗,治疗前后分别测尿蛋白、尿红细胞、尿β2微球蛋白。结果:两组尿蛋白、尿红细胞、尿β2微球蛋白治疗前后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消斑汤治疗HSPN,效果优于西药对照组。

Objective. to observe the effect of removing ecchyrnoses decoction to treat pedo-anaphy lactoid purpura nephritis. Method： 90 eases were randomly divided into treatment（ treated in removing ecehyrnoses decoction） and control（ treated in medicine）. The urine protein, urine rhodocyte and urine β2 mieroglobulin were measured before and after treatment. Result. there were significant difference of urine protein, urine rhodocyte and urine β2 mieroglobulin before and after treatment. Conclusion： the removing ecchyrnoses decoction has the better effect than west medicine to treat pedo-anaphy lactoid purpura nephritis.
