摘要 目的探讨外周血CD146水平在诊断2型糖尿病患者肾损伤中的临床意义。方法检测58例2型糖尿病患者和20例正常对照组外周血CD146(ELISA法)和U-MAlb(散射比浊法)的水平。结果2型糖尿病患者肾损伤后外周血CD146、U-MAlb水平显著高于对照组,尿蛋白定性阳性组CD146与U-MAlb呈正相关。结论2型糖尿病患者肾损伤后外周血CD146水平显著升高。 Objective To study the clinical significance of blood CD146 in diagnosis of nephropathy of NIDD. Methods Detect the value of CD146 with ELISA and Uria - Micro - Albmin ( U - MAlb) with scattering nephelometry. Results The level of CD146 ( 257.11 ±99.48ng/ml, 363.79 ± 101.94 ng/ml) and U - MAlb ( 37.36 ± 8.91mg/ml, 106.25 ± 14.37 mg/ml) in patients with nephropathy of NIDD were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01) than those in normal group( 197.45 ± 81.68 ng/ml, 5.96 ± 4.71 mg/ml) ; There was correlation between CD146 and U - MAlb in group with proteinuria. Conclusion The level of CD146 was very important to nephropathy of NIDD.
