摘要
西藏教育管理体制产生于西藏和平解放后,在半个世纪的发展过程中经历了探索、混乱、调整、追赶等几个阶段,形成了现行的具有民族特色的教育管理体制,为西藏教育事业的发展提供了必要的体制保障。文章在回顾西藏教育管理体制发展历程的基础上对其在不同时期的特点进行了分析,以期为进一步改革教育管理体制提供参考。
Educational administration system in Tibet was built after Tibet was peacefully liberated. It has four periods in the process:exploration, confusion, adjustment and, chasing. Nowadays, the educational administration system of Tibet is characterized by nationality feature that could support the educational development in Tibet. This paper reviews and analyzes the development history and features of educational administration system in Tibet in different prior in order to offers some reform advices for the future.
