摘要
分析了我国工程质量检测行业的现状及存在的问题,探讨了解决问题的办法。重点论述并提出在加强政府监管,推进检测行业市场化进程;成立区域性检测行业协会,加强行业自律和监管;改善检测机构服务质量和水平,提高市场竞争力,适应国际竞争环境等方面应采取的措施。
The present status and some problems exist in the scopes of engineering quality inspection was analyzed, and these problems was discussed. Some important problems which needed to discussed are strengthening the govemment supervision,push forward the marketization of testing vocation, create the regional testing association, strengthening the self-discipline and supervision improve the service quality in testing framework,increase the market competition ability,adapt the international competition environment. Some measurements was proposed.
