根据市政基础设施建设工期短、相关规范不全、行业标准与国家标准不统一、施工难度大、施工随意性大等特点,对如何做好市政基础设施建设施工阶段的质量管理与控制进行探讨,提出施工过程质量控制措施和质量验收办法。

In the paper, the quality control of construction has been briefly discussed and the ways of quality control and check and acceptation of construction have been suggested, which is based on the following： time limit for a project, no entirety of related criterion, disunity of vocational criterion and national criterion, great difficulty in construction, discretion in construction.
