摘要
对172名正常人红细胞G6PD同工酶进行了测定和分析,共发现16种同工酶,其等电点和相对百分含量等数据及方法可供参考。
G6PD isoenzymes activities were assayed by method of present authors ( J Bioch Biophy Meth 1989; 309-18) in the erythrocytes of 172 otherwise normal Chinese adults. Total G6PD activity of males were 13.0±2.5u , females 11.7±3.4U; Percentage activity of G6PD isoenzymes 1-16were 1.75 ± 0.76 2.95± 2.00 4.00 ±.090 6.30±0.98 4.02±0.65 2.94±0.97 5.82±3.04 4.33 ± 0.24 5.70±1.67 4.66±1.42 8.23±2.35 8.46 ± 2.42 6.88±2.07 10.67±3.27 8.57±3.86 11.40±2.33 in males, and 1.901±1.18 2.48±1.04 3.54±0.74 6.86±1.24 4.23±0.35 4.12±1.59 6.26±0.94 6.31±2.16 6.13±0.35 6.23±1.82 5.23±1.52 8.66±1.03 8.21 ± 2.82 11.36±1.91 6.36±1.79 9.45±3.24 in females; There PI were 4.70 4.90 5.05 5.15 5.25 5.40 5.45 5.50 5.65 5.80 6.00 6.10 6.20 6.25 6.35 6.45 respectively These data provide reliable expermental basis for the determination of erythrocyte G6PD isoenzyes in clinical medicine.
