摘要
L_(801)急性粒系白血病小鼠传代,稳定后,取小鼠在发病过程中第1、3、5、7天的骨髓细胞,观察某些动力学特征。结果显示,第3天开始,骨髓细胞的粒一单核祖细胞产率显著减少,第5天开始,电泳率显著增高,并有染色体核型改变。文中讨论了这些变化的意义。
After intraveneous inoculation of spleen cell suspension of L801 acute myelocytic leukemic mice, LACA mice got diseased at the sth or 7th day. The karyotypes of LACA mice bone marrow cells (BMC) lost Y chromosome, emerged some specific marker chromosomes, and revealed hypodiploidy in 80% of the cell.s examined. From the 3rd day after inoculation, the production rate of CFU-GM decreased significantly in the agar culture of BMCs, being lowest on the 7th day, while the number of clusters increased significantly from the 5th day and so did the electrophoretic mobility (EPM) of BMC. The EPMs of neuraminidase (NA) -treated leukemic BMCs might reduce to the level of that of normal cells. In the agar culture of NA-treated leukemic BMCs the production of CFU-GM recoyred significantly. It is suggested that the changes of both CFU-GM and EPM properties take place early in the kinetic process of leukemia and there is probably some relationship between them.
