抗战时期,"新民主义"是华北最大的汉奸组织新民会所推行的一套完整的汉奸理论,它以中国传统的儒家思想为装饰,以美化日寇侵华为目的,宣扬"战争有理""大东亚共存共荣"等歪理邪说。抗战胜利后,新民会解体,其汉奸理论沦于破产。

＂Xin Min Zhu Yi＂ was introduced and pursued by New People Association,the biggest traitor organizationin North China. It took the Chinese traditional Confucianist Thought as the decoration and beautifying the Japanese aggressive war against China as the aim to publicize the ideas like ＂waring is just＂ and ＂the East Asian coexistence co-prosperity＂. After the Anti-Japa- nese War, with New People Association＇s disintegration,its theory came to an end.
