螺旋CT扫描技术在眼内异物诊断中的应用

Application of spiral CT in the diagnosis of intraocular foreign bodies.

目的探讨螺旋CT在眼内异物诊断中的应用价值。方法因眼内异物排查行螺旋CT检查共45例,除2例为双眼损伤外,其余为单眼病例。首选眼眶水平位扫描,必要时加冠状位扫描。扫描结果与手术结果做对比分析。结果发现眼内异物42例(44眼),其中金属异物30例(32眼),非金属异物12例(12眼),经螺旋CT定位的眼内异物经眼科手术全部成功摘出。结论螺旋CT扫描对眼内异物的检出及定位具有很大的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of intraocular foreign bodies. Methods Between August 2005 and July 2007, Spiral CT scanning was performed in 45 cases suspected with intraocular foreign bodies. Horizontal position scanning of orbit was selected firstly and coronary position was made if it was necessary. Results Intraocular foreign bodies were found in 42 cases （ 44 eyes） of 45 cases, including metallic for- eign bodies in 30 cases（32 eyes）, 12cases（12 eyes） with non- metallic foreign bodies. The accurate rate of spiral CT scanning in diagnosis of eye foreign bodies was 100%. Conclusions Spiral CT scanning has clinical value in diagnosis of eye foreign bodies.
