摘要
目的观察简化泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床效果。方法慢性泪囊炎240例（256眼）进行了简化泪囊鼻腔吻合术，术后随访3～10a（平均5．8a）观察远期效果。结果240例256眼中治愈238眼，占92．97％；有效12眼，占4．69％；无效6眼，占2．34％。结论简化泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎，方法简便有效，更适用广大基层医院。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the simplified dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods The simplified dacryocys- torhinost-omy were on 256 eyes of 240 cases of chronic dacryocystitis, the operation had been done again on three eyes of this series. The follow-up time was from 3 to 8 years （ averaged 5.8 years）. Results In the 256 eyes, 238 were cured （92.97%） , improved in 12 eyes （4.69%）, and failed in 6 eyes （2.34%）. Conclusions This simplified dacryocyst orhinostomy is simple and efficient and can be used widely in basic-level hospitals.
