自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘移植治疗翼状胬肉

Corneal limbal autograft transplantation with conjunctival flap in the treatment of pterygium.

目的观察采用巩膜隧道刀切取的自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘移植片治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对52例（60眼）采用翼状胬肉切除和自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘移植的翼状胬肉的资料进行回顾性研究。术后随访6—12月，观察术后角结膜植片生长情况，供区创面修复时间及翼状胬肉复发情况。结果供区创面修复为7—10d，角结膜植片生长良好。2眼复发，复发率3．33％。结论采用巩膜隧道刀切取的自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘移植片能有效地降低翼状胬肉术后的复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of corneal limbal autograft with conjunctival flap taken by tunnel knife in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 52 eases （ 60eyes ） with pterygium which were operated adopting pterygium combined with corneal limbal autograft with conjunetival flap. All patients had been followed up for 6 - 12 months, corneal limbal autograft, the epair time of donor site and recurrent rate were observed. Results Repairing time of donor site is 7-10d, corneal limbal autograft is transplant , 2 eyes were recurrent, recurrent rate was 3. 3%. Conclusions Corneal limbal autograft transplantation with con- junctival flap taken by tunnel knife can decrease recurrent rate of the pterygium.
