摘要 针对SX32型径向锻造机上锻造RD2型车轴,应用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟整个锻造过程,在对毛坯成形过程中的材料流动模式和应力应变分布研究的基础上,分析不同锤头结构对车轴成形的影响,从而获得锤头工作表面较好的形状和尺寸,并为空心轴的研究提供一定的依据。 This paper presents a precise process for optimizing the hammer on the radial forging machine. At the same time,the forging process is simulated by DEFORM-3D software. Based on research on plastic flow mode of materials during the forming process, and the distribution of stress and strain, the infulence of the forging hammer on the forming process of the axle, the better form and' profile of the hammer are obtained, which supplies some bases on the speciality of the hollow-axle.
