酶法和硫磷铁法测定黄疸血清胆固醇的比较

ENZYMIC AND SULFATE-PHOSPHATE-FERRIC METHODS FOR DETERMINATION OF CHOLESTEROL IN ICTEROSERUM

报告酶法和硫磷铁法测定黄疸血清中胆固醇的比较和偏差。结果显示两法测定清亮血清胆固醇无显著差异;测定黄疸血清则差异显著。此种偏差与血清黄疸指数正相关(r=0.624,P<0.01),与胆固醇浓度负相关(r=-0.605,P<0.01)。

A comparison between enzymic method and sulfate-phosphate-ferric method is reported. The two methods correlated well with each other (r= 0.972). They showed no significant difference for cholesterol determination in clear serum ( P> 0. 05).but there was significant difference in icteroserum ( P<0.01). The mean negative bias was approximately 4% by the enzymic method. The two methods showed no significant difference (P>0.05) for icteroserum of ⅢⅠ<129u. When the determination was made by enzymic method, the negative bias were267±28.3% and 37. 9± 28. 3% for icteroserum of Ⅱ>129u ( n= 39) and Ⅱ>200u ( n= 20) respectively. The bias of the results showed a positive coretation ( r- 0.624, P<0. 01) with Ⅱ and a negattve correlation ( r=-0.605, P< 0. 01) with the. concentration of cholesterol .
