摘要
提出基于单层的特征曲线法,对复合材料机械连接接头强度进行了分析计算。在基于单层的特征曲线法中,特征长度根据各层的受力特点用数值方法确定,不需要试验,通过对各层特征曲线位置处单元进行失效判断,确定接头的破坏载荷。通过算例分析可知,采用本文所提出方法所得的计算结果与试验值吻合很好,较基于层合板特征曲线法所得结果更精确,说明了该方法的有效性。
An improved characteristic curve method based on ply is proposed to calculate the load-carrying capacity of composite material bolted joints, by using the finite element software Patran/Nastran .According to the method proposed here, characteristic lengths of different plies are calculated individually by numerical method. Combining characteristic curve of different plies with the failure criteria, the failure loads of the composite mechanical joints are calculated. Good agreement is found among the results of the improved characteristic curve method, the original characteristic curve method, and the test.
