摘要
研究了节流孔板引起的压差对含腐蚀坑点的管道系统的影响。通过Flowmaster2[1]对含节流孔板管路系统进行整体流体特性分析,得到有关节点的压力脉动。利用ABAQUS对含节流孔板并在其前预设一个腐蚀坑点的管路系统中的一段直管进行有限元分析计算,获得腐蚀坑点的应力响应。提出了综合考虑腐蚀速度和应力疲劳的含腐蚀坑点管道剩余寿命预测方法。
In this paper, the influence of orifice-induced pressure head on pit corroded piping is studied. Pressure pulsing of some nodes is obtained through hydromechanical analysis of a simple piping system with orifice based upon Flowmaster2, A straight pipe in piping system with orifice is simulated using ABAQUS, on the assumption that a corroded pit is in front of orifice, and the stress response of the corroded pit is obtained sequentially. Finally, a remaining life forecast method that synthesize corrosion rate and stress fatigue was obtained.
