摘要
基于对银行运作分析、对货币存贷和托盘租赁比较,提出托行概念,并以托行作为中国托盘联营公司模式,参照银行经营模式和建设经验,推出中国托盘联营公司建设思路,设计公司管理信息系统结构。
It is based on analyzing financial banks and money operations, and substitutes the pallet for the money to make the construction stratagem, according to the construction and operation of financial banks. Some ideas are provided for the construction of Chinese Pallet Pool Co. Ltd. Finally, proposals are made including that government leads the way, enterprises have a hand in the matter and the business is operated in the form of joint-stock company that may be used to construct Chinese Pallet Pool Co. Ltd.
