This paper intends to do some exploratory research on the application of substance-field models in the field of management and states the viability of using substance-field models in management innovation via feasibility analyses and example studies. It explains the application by an analysis of practical issues. This paper holds that the material-field model analysis method can be applied to management activities to help managers analyze the management issues and find the root cause of the problem, then assists the rapiit decision-making process.
