摘要
用IE的方法对某眼镜生产厂的焊接生产线进行了质量改善。运用质量统计分析方法对该厂废品和工序进行了调查和分析,发现了质量不稳定的部品和工序。而后应用5W 2H的技术分析出产品不合格的原因,并基于5S理论给出具体的改善办法。经过对比分析,改善后的产品质量大大提高。
This paper applies the methods of IE to a certain glass company for analyzing the assembly line in order to find the stations where the production quality is low, and then the improving method is given. Comparing with the former production line, implementation of quality improved greatly
