转化生长因子α在不同程度冠状动脉粥样硬化中表达变化的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子α(TGFα)在冠心病患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法以放射免疫法分别测定49例冠心病患者(合并高血压14例,血压正常者35例)和39例非冠心病对照组(高血压11例,血压正常者28例)血清TGFα的水平。结果(1)血清TGFα水平在冠心病合并高血压组、冠心病血压正常组、高血压组、对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)排除高血压因素后,血清TGFα水平在正常对照组明显低于稳定性心绞痛组和急性冠脉综合征组(P<0.05),而冠心病两亚组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)TGFα水平与冠状动脉狭窄评分之间存在正相关关系。结论高血压及冠心病均可影响血清TGFα的水平,且两因素间存在交互作用;血清TGFα水平的高低可作为冠脉狭窄程度的指标,但不能作为判断急性冠脉综合征的指标。 Objective To study the expression of transforming growth faetor-α (TGF-α) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and its clinical significance. Methods The serum level of TGF-α was measured by radioimmunoassay in 49 patients with CAD ( 14 with hypertension and 35 without) and 39 patients without ( 11 with hypertension and 28 without). Results The serum level of TGF-α displayed significant differences among group of CAD with hypertension, group of CAD without hypertension, group of hypertension and group of normal eontrols( P 〈 0. 05 ). After adjusting for hypertension,the serum level of TGF-α in control group was obviously lower than that in stable angina group and in acute coronary syndrome group ( P 〈 0.05 ), however there was no significant difference between the two CAD subgroups (P 〉 0. 05 ). There existed a positive correlation between the level of TGF-α and coronary stenosis scores. Conclusion Both hypertension and coronary artery disease can influence the serum level of TGF-α, furthermore, the two factors have an interaction. The blood serum level of the TGF-α can be used to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stegnosis, but it can not be used to differentiate the acute coronary artery syndrome.
