摘要
目的:观察全髋置换治疗老年人髋关节疾患的疗效观。方法:2003年1月～2007年7月施行的50例人工髋关节置换患者随访、进行临床疗效评价。结果:50例患者均获得随访,随访时间狂,54个月,平均28.6个月.疗效按Harris评分标准,优良率85%。讨论:全髋置换治疗老年人髋关节疾患是有效的方法,充分术前准备,选择合适的假体,熟练掌握手术技巧和假体安装技术,合理康复是提高治疗效果的关键。
objective： To observe outcomes of total hip arthroplasty in treating hip joint disease in aged people. Methods： 50 patients were undergone THA from January 2003 to July 2007. Results： 50 aged patients with hip joint disease treated with hip joint disease treated with total hip arthoplasty. All the cases were followed up from 4 to 54 months according to Harris scoring standard. The rate of excellence was 85%. Conclusion： THA is a good method for aged people with joint diseases, with sufficient preoperative preparation, right hip joint choicing, excellent technique and reasorkable rehabilitation is the key to improve the effect.
