Education, as a practical human activity, possesses practical essence. Educational problems cannot be solved only in understanding realm; they must be explored in practice. Contemporary practical philosophy shifts its perspective from understanding to practice and changes its educational research from possibility and condition of understanding to people＇s behaviors and activities. This provides us sources and clues for the research of educational essence and significance.
