摘要
农民工子女教育问题从根本上说是现行的户籍制度及城乡二元化政策的产物。解决农民工子女的教育必须立足于城乡平等和城乡统筹的原则,进一步完善现行的法律和制度,建立城乡一体和公平的义务教育体制。
The education problem of peasant-worker＇s children is by nature the offspring of current household register system and rural-urban dualization policy. To solve this problem, education must stand on the principles of rural-urban equality and overall planning, in order to improve the current law and system and build a rural-urban integrated impartial compulsory education system.
