常年性变应性鼻炎患者环核苷酸、离子及植物神经系统功能状态 被引量:4

摘要 三组129例血浆和鼻分泌物cAMP,cGMP含量、鼻分泌物Ca^(2+)、Na^+K^+和植物神经系统功能状态的检测结果表明:常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)组血浆及鼻分泌物cAMP含量、cAMP/cGMP比值及鼻分泌Ca^(2+)均明显低于对照组;血浆及鼻分泌物中cAMP呈正相关;植物神经系统功能障碍及副交感神经功能亢进的出现率显著高于对照组。这一结果提示环核苷酸,Ca^(2+)及植物神经系统在PAR的发病机制中起重要作用。 The levels of cAMP and cGMP in both plasma(BP) and nasal secretion( N S), and Ca2+,Na+,K+ concentrations of NS were determined among a total of 129 subjects including 65 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR), 27 patients with nonallergic rhinitis( NAR) as well as 37 cases of normal control ( N C). The vegetative nervous function( VNF) was also assessed at the same time. The results showed that the cAMP level, cAMP/cGMP ratio of either BP or NS and the Ca2+ concertration of NS in PAR group were significantly reduced(p< 0.01) as compared to the NC group. Significant correlation existed between cAMP in BPand in NS of PAR group( r= 0. 368, P <0. 05). PAR patients showed dysfunction of vegetative nervous system( DVNS) in 78. 95% of the cases and hypercholinergism (HCL)in 64.91 % of the cases In contrast the incidences of DVNS and HCL were only 26.47% and 14. 71% respectively in the NC group( P <0.01). The study lends strong support to the speculation that cyclic nucletides, Ca2+, and VNF might play an important role in the pathogenesis of PAR.
