摘要 目的探讨水帘空调系统在南方中小型纺织厂的应用前景。方法以南方某纺织厂技改前后的空调系统为研究对象,针对除尘降温效果、土建投资、设备投资、能耗、维护成本等因素进行研究。结果水帘空调系统无需土建投资,可节省80%的运行成本。作业场所夏季高温监测WBGT指数为28℃±1℃、湿度为60%±2%、新风量为>30 m3/(人.h)、粉尘浓度(0.7±0.3)mg/m3,高温和粉尘检测值均低于职业卫生接触限值。结论水帘空调系统可用于南方中小型纺织厂的通风除尘。 Objective To discuss the prospect of the wet curtain air - conditioning system used in the small scale textile mill in the south. Methods The air - conditioning system in the textile mill was chosen as an object that was compared in dust removal effect, building construction investment, equipment investment, energy consumption and maintenance cost before and after technical reform. Results It was shown that building construction investment was unnecessary for the wet curtain air - conditioning system , it might economize 80 percent of operation cost. The summer temperature (WBGT) index was (28±1)℃, humidity was (60±2 ) %, concentration of dust was (0. 7±0. 3 ) mg/m3 in the workshop. Conclusion The wet curtain air - conditioning system can remove dust from ventilation in the textile mill in southern China.
