某五星级酒店空调通风系统卫生学评价

Hygiene Assessment of Central Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems for the Five Star Hotel

目的识别、分析某酒店空调通风系统可能存在的健康影响因素,对其卫生学防护效果进行评价。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》中相关规定,对空调通风系统进行检测和评价。结果检测的6套空调通风系统的各项指标中,公寓式酒店空调通风系统个别风口的送风中细菌总数超标,分别为986、1 588 cfu/m3,其它指标均符合卫生标准要求。结论该酒店空调通风系统基本符合卫生学要求,空调通风系统工程项目可行,但在管理制度上还需进一步完善。

Objective To identify, analyze and assess the health risk factors in the hotel project. Methods According to hygiene management for Central Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems of Public Place, the central ventilation and air conditioning systems of the hotel were carried out by monitoring and comprehensive analysis. Results Very few of aerobic bacterial count （986, 1 588 cfu/m3 from air supply） exceeded the hygiene standard. Conclusion The data of central ventilation and air conditioning systems of the hotel accord with the hygiene standard and the project is feasible, but the system of management should be improved.
