摘要
目的分析某石化公司存在的职业病危害因素,评价采取的职业病防护措施效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康监护相结合的综合评价方法。结果该公司存在的职业病危害因素为硫磺粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、氨、噪声等,检测值(TWA、STEL)分别为5.2、6.8;0.52、5.22;0.6、0.6;0.009、0.03;0.13、0.52ng/m3;68~89dB(A);硫化氢MAC〈0.53mg/m3,均符合国家标准。结论产生的职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求。该公司采取的职业病防护措施是有效的。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational risk factors existed in the company and the effects of protective measures. Methods The comprehensive evaluation methods were combined with investigation of occupational health at the operating sites, detection on the occupational hazards and occupational health monitoring, Results Occupational hazard factors existed in the company were sulfur dust, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, ,which the values of TWA and STEL were 5.2,6. 8 ;0. 52,5.22 ;0. 6,0. 6 ;0. 009,0.03 ;0. 13,0. 52 mg/m3 ; the values of noise were 68 - 89 dB (A) ; MAC of sulfureted hydrogen was lower than 5.3 mg/ m3. Conclusion The concentrations (densities) of the occupational risk factors accorded with relative national standards. The protective measures adopted by the company are effective.
