摘要
目的探讨改进生活饮用水中挥发酚含量的检验方法。方法采用4-氨基安替吡啉三氯甲烷分光光度法,把所用500m1分液漏斗改为100ml比色管。结果本方法在挥发酚的含量0.01~0.50mg/L时有良好线性,r=0.9995,回收率为87.5%~108.1%,RSD为1.82%~2.92%。结论改进后的实验方法简便、稳定性好。
Objective To improve the method to determine the volatile phenol content in water. Methods 4 - An Ti- than- trich]oromethane spectrophotometry was adopted , the extraction equipment was a 100 ml color comparison tube instead of a 500 ml separalory funnel water bath. Results A good linear of the method was 0. 01 - 0. 05 mg / L for volatile phenol with correlation coefficient 0. 999 5. Recovery rate ranged from 87. 50% to 108.10%, and relative standard deviation wasl. 82% -2. 92%. ConclusionThe test method after improvement is simple, stable.
