摘要
以四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法将荧光指示剂(Ru(bpy)3Cl2)和葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)分散于溶胶中干燥成膜。以葡萄糖溶液作为检测对象,采用锁相放大技术对复合敏感膜进行检测,研究了敏感膜的敏感特性和影响因素。实验结果表明:葡萄糖溶液浓度与复合敏感膜的滞后相移有较好的线性关系,检测线性范围是100—700mg/dL;响应时间为30 s左右;检测的最佳pH值在7.0附近;重复性实验结果表明复合敏感膜相对偏差为±6.67%,复合敏感膜可以在12周内保持良好活力。
Fiber optic glucose complex sensing film containing fluorescence indicator (Ru (bpy)3Cl2 ) and glucose oxidase (GOD) was prepared by sol-gel method by using TEOS as a raw material. The lock-in phase amplifying technology was used to detect the solutions with different glucose concentration. The sensitive properties of the complex sensing film and its influencing factors were researched. The experimental results showed that the concentration of glucose solution had a good linear relation- ship with phase delay of complex sensing film and the linear range was 100--700 mg/dL. The response time of the sensing film was 30 s and its optimal pH was 7.0. The relative deviation of complex sensing film was ± 6.67% and it can keep good activity for twelve weeks.
