摘要
对炉温判断、预报及操作指导系统中的参数的确定及影响炉温滞后时间进行了研究。结合实例,采用非线性回归方法对各参数与炉温相关性进行了分析,并在采样周期方面进行不同尝试,通过计算机仿真,与经验数据进行了比较。
In the system for furnace internal temperature judgment, prediction and operation and control, the determination of parameters and the lagging time analysis that affects the furnace temperature have been studied. Based on real life practices, this article adopts non-linear regression method to analyze how those parameters affect the furnace internal temperature. Com- puter simulation has proved match between the try outs using different sample periods and the practical data, which produced great result.
