摘要
主要运用有限元方法对10000 t/d水泥回转窑温度场与热应力进行有限元分析。在求解过程中,采用APDL语言实现了包括建模、定义材料属性、求解和后处理的过程。通过计算,得出了回转窑的温度场和热应力分布。
The Temperature field and stress field of a 10 000 t/d cement rotary kiln was mainly researched by finite element analysis method. With the help of ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL), the courses of modeling, defining material property, solving and post-process were realized. Finally, the temperature field and heat stress distribution were obtained.
