摘要
分析了椭圆截面车削进给运动的特点,通过建立椭圆截面车削进给的数学模型,以椭圆截面活塞零件的车削为例,定量地分析进给速度随零件非圆截面周向位置变化的规律,椭圆截面车削运动进给速度取决于回转速度n与工件截面的型线函数,工件转速愈高,则进给机构的往复进给速度愈大。

Feed speed was analyzed quantita- tively following a part to be not the law that the round cross section cycle changes to location, oval cross section turning moving feed speed depended on the speed n turning round high.
