摘要
本文首先从活性染料染色的理念作了回顾,从回顾发生共价键结合的简单结构的活性染料开始,到不仅形成一个共价键,染料与纤维还发生较强分子作用力和形成多个共价键结合的染料染色,以及近年来开发的活性交联染色和聚合染色的发展过程;文章后面较全面介绍了活性染料染色的一些新技术,特别是一些生态和清洁染色技术,主要包括:低碱和中性染色;低盐和无盐染色;低温和冷轧堆染色;湿短蒸染色;小浴比染色;短流程和一浴法染色;“一次正确和受控染色”;交联和聚合染色;非纤维素纤维染色;非水介质染色;染色后水洗、固色和水循环利用,以及多功能性染色等。
This article begins w.ith retrospect of the ideology regarding dyeing of reactive dyes. It reviews the dyeing of reactive dyes from simple structure causing covalent bond connection,then conform a covalent bond, even generate strong inter-molecular forces between dyes and fibres to conform multi-eovalent bonds,and the development of crosslink dyeing and polymerization dyeing in recent years. In the second half, this article introduces some new dyeing technologies comprehensively concerning reactive dyes, esp clean and ecological technologies, including,low alkali dyeing and neutral dyeing; dyeing-with low salt or no salt; low temperature and cold pad-batch dyeing; wet short Evaporate dyeing; small bath ratio; shorten process and one bath process dyeing;"One correct'and controlled dyeing;crosslink dyeing and polymerization dyeing;none-cellulose fibre dyeing; none-water medium dyeing; washing after dyeing, fixing and water recycle; and multi-functional dyeing.
