本文对有机颜颗粒的转相(Phase Transition)或相转变技术,包括:挤水转相(Flushing process)、挤水一挤油转相、晶相(Crystal Phase)或晶型转变、相变印墨(Phase change inks)的基本原理,颜料分子结构、粒子表面极性及转相过程的条件等影响因素给予了系统地讨论;介绍了上述转相技术的实际应用。
The aticle systematically discusses, on one hand, the phase transition and phase change technology of Organic pigment particles, including, flushing process, flushing-degreasing phase transition, crystal phase or crystal pattern transition, basic priciples on phase change inks, on the other hand, the article also discusses the influencing factors such as the molecular structure of pigments, the polarity of the particle surface and the condition of phase transition and so on, and the practical application on the transition phase mentioned above.
