信号标签诱导技术的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 Signature-tagged mutagenesis(STM)信号标签突变技术是一种有效的负向选择方法,主要用来鉴定能使病原体在宿主体内成功存活和复制的决定性基因。问世十几年以来,STM技术已经应用于31种细菌中,筛选了大量的转座插入突变体,有大约1700多种细菌的基因得到认识和鉴定,包括毒力因子。由于在信号标签和鉴定方法的改进,使得STM技术有了很大发展,增加其多样性和灵活性,扩大了其应用范围。本文就STM技术中关键步骤的改进进行综述。
