摘要
在冲击磨料磨损中,磨料粒径与磨损有非常密切的联系,采用有限元分析方法,模拟在相同的冲击载荷下,不同粒度的磨料对试样磨损的影响,并通过与实验结果的对比分析来探讨磨料粒度在冲击磨损机理中的作用。
In impact abrasive wearing, the particle size of abrasive is closely related to material wearing. By using FEM analysis, the influence of abrasive size on the wearing of material sample was simulated under same impact load. Based on the comparative analysis of tested results, the effect of abrasive size on the mechanism of impact abrasive wear was discussed.
