空心螺钉加钢丝在髌骨骨折中的应用

Application of hollow screw and steel-wire in the treatment of patella fractures

目的:总结空心螺钉加钢丝固定髌骨骨折的临床特点及手术治疗的效果。方法:对28例髌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:骨折患者均临床愈合,膝关节功能按改良B"stman法评定:优20例,良7例,差1例,优良率为96.4%。结论:空心螺钉加钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼,功能恢复良好。

Objective：To analyze the features and results of surgical treatment of patella fractures by hollow screw and steel-wire. Methods：The clinical data of 28 patients with patella fractures were reviewed retrospectively. Results：The functions of knee joint were evaluated by improved Boestman＇s assay and all the patients were cured. In these cases,20 cases obtained excellent effects,7 cases obtained good results and 1 had poor effect.The rate of excellent and good was 96.4%. Conclusion：The application of hollow screw and steel-wire in the treatment of patella fractures is effective ,it can lead to stable fixation ,early exercise and good functions.
