HPLC法测定茵栀黄注射液中绿原酸的含量

Determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in yinzhihuang injection by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定茵栀黄注射液中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用C18柱,以甲醇-3%冰醋酸(13∶87)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.384～1.92μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.85%,RSD为0.90%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,可作为本品质量和含量测定控制方法。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Chlorogenic acid in yinzhihuang injection. Methods：A C18 column was used as stationary phase.The mobile phase consisted of methanol -3% glacial acetic acid （13：87） with flow rate 1.0 ml. min^-1 and detecting at wavelength 327 nm.Results：The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.384-1.92 μg （r=0.9999）. The mean recovery was 99.85% with RSD 0.90%（n=5）. Conclusion：This method is simple and accurate and could be used for quality control of yinzhihuang injection.
