参麦注射液对心脏瓣膜置换术患者心功能及免疫状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨参麦注射液对心脏瓣膜置换术患者心功能及免疫状态的影响。方法:58例体外循环下行瓣膜置换术患者随机分为常规治疗组(常规组)28例和参麦注射液治疗组(参麦组)30例。常规组按临床常规方法治疗,参麦组于手术前1 d、手术当天及术后5 d在常规治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液100 ml(含人参、麦冬各0.2 g)静脉滴注7 d,统计两组患者拔管时间、ICU留置时间及术后住院时间,检测患者入院时、术中、术后3 d和7 d的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、中心静脉压(CVP)、T淋巴细胞转化刺激指数、红细胞C3b受体花环形成率(RBC-C3bRR)。结果:参麦组患者拔管时间、ICU留置时间及术后住院时间显著少于常规组,参麦组患者术中、术后3 d平均MAP、HR显著高于常规组,CVP低于常规组,参麦组患者术中、术后3 d T淋巴细胞转化刺激指数及RBC-C3bRR显著高于常规组。结论:参麦注射液能提高心脏瓣膜置换术患者细胞免疫功能,具有心功能保护作用。 Objective :To study the effect of shenmai injection on cardiac function and immune function of patients undergoing valve replacement.Methods-58 patients undergoing valve replacement were randomly divided into shenmai group (shenmai injection plus routine treatment group,30 cases) and routine group (routine treatment,28 cases). In the shenmai group, patients treated with the routine methods were injected with 100ml shenmai injection everyday for 7 days since 1 day pre-operation. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR),central venous pressure (CVP),lymphocyte transformation stimulation index (SI) and erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate (RBC-C3bRR) were observed before operation, during operation and in the 3 days and 7 days after operation.The extubation time ,ICU stay time and hospital stay time of two groups were compared. Results:The extubation time and ICU stay time of shenmai group were less than those in the routine group. MAP and HR in shenmai group during operation and in the 3 days after operation were higher than those of the routine group. CVP was less than that in the routine group. SI and RBC-C3bRR were higher than those in the routine group. Conclusion:Shenmai injection can raise the cell mediated immunity and has good effect on the heart function of patients undergoing valve replacement.
