基于WIKI构建馆员知识共享平台的实践与思考——以山东工商学院“馆员百科”为例

Practice and Thinking about Knowledge Sharing Platform Constructed with WIKI for Librarians——Taking"Librarians Encyclopedia"of Library of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology as an Example

基于WIKI构建的网络社区是馆员生产、获取、交流、共享知识的有效途径。山东工商学院"馆员百科"知识共享平台经过近两年的运作,馆员参与仍小众化。基于技术-组织-环境(TOE)分析框架研究发现:技术因素(有用性认知、易用性认知)、组织因素(馆员知识分享意愿、图书馆领导支持)、环境因素(模仿压力)均对"馆员百科"有效使用产生影响。

The network community constructed with WIKI has become an efficient way for users to produce, acquire, exchange and share knowledge. Although ＇Librarians Encyclopedia＇ knowledge-sharing platform has been used for two years in Library of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology, the librarians＇ participation and contribution to the encyclopedia are in the minority. Based on technical - organiza- tional - environmental （TOE） analytical framework, the study finds that technical factors （perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use）, organizational factors （librarians＇ willingness for sharing knowledge and library leadership support） and environmental factor （normative pressure） influence the ＇Librarians Encyclopedia＇ to be used effectively.
