摘要
随书光盘是图书馆一种重要的信息资源,然而对其开发利用受到著作权问题的制约。图书馆工作者要提高对保护随书光盘意义的认识、加强对随书光盘的著作权管理,依法取得有关服务项目的法律资格,采取技术措施对随书光盘著作权开展保护,加强对用户利用随书光盘的指导;立法部门应不断完善著作权法律制度;权利人也应改进随书光盘的授权使用模式。
Book-attached discs are important resources for libraries, but proper developing and utilzing it are often restricted by intellectual right. Librian must deeppen the understanding of it,including strenthening the management of intellectual right,qualifying themselves as reasonable users to aovid legal risks, otherwise adopting technical measures to protect the intellectual right and improving guidance in this field. Then legislative organization should keep on perfection of the legal system, also the obligee should improve his authorization mode.
