摘要
使用大鼠4—动脉阻断模型,观察脑缺血30min,再灌15、30、60和180min各组动物脑含水量,伊文思蓝血管外渗和超微结构的改变。结果发现脑含水量增加,再灌流时较单纯缺血明显。单纯缺血和再灌流15min为细胞性脑水肿,再灌30~180min时,细胞性和血管源性脑水肿同时存在。
To investigate the changes of water content of brain and ultrastructure in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, a 4-vessel occlusion rat model of cerebral ischemia was used, and blood reperfusion was allowed by release of bilateral common carotid arteries at 30 minutes after ischemia. Compared with the normal group,the cerebral water content increased in group of reperfusion at 15 minutes (p<0. 05), 30 and 60 minutes (p<0. 01). Ultrastructurelly, cytotoxic brain edema occurred in rats of 30 minutes of cerebral ischemia and both cytotoxic and vasogenic brain edema in rats of 30,60, and 180 minutes of reperfusion after 30 minutes cerebral ischemia.
